went out netting-guess how i got this

so last night i rigged up a platform for the turt
used styro board
cut in circle,trimmed edges down
tied it to a tupp of rocks with weedeater line
made it so its pulled in the water a lil so he can get on it

went out today to find this

you say no theres probable cause lol
then they pull ya out and question ya more and bla bla LOL
and fish and game can stop you on the road i bet if they think you did illegal things with fish and game
im no smarty on this subject but one way or another if they wanna search they will
and saying no just makes them think you are hiding something

I was open carrying a handgun and a police officer asked for my ID and I refused (legal unless you are operating somthing such as a car that requires a liscense). He asked why I was carrying and why I didnt show him my ID and I said it was my right. Shortly after another officer shows up, tells the young officer that Im right and they leave. Moral of the story is excersice your rights or you will lose them!

BTW, that turtle is AWESOME! Very good idea on the platform as well!

with law enforcement officers, the initial approach is the most stressful part of their job. if you are co-operative, and easy going (when they are just trying to do their job anyway)... they tend to be very liberal in dealing with you...

... now, if you are being harassed that is a different story ... know your rights and a good lawyer

... but, if you're out for a stroll with your gun (LOL) daring the police to test your awareness of your rights ... that just doesn't make much sense ... get a CCW and be discrete.

so at night
everytime i shine a flashlight in my pond
all my fish boil the water thinking its dinner time
that poor turtle on his platform looked like a john boat in the bering sea during a winter storm
