As for the 40 Rapps brought in I'm just curious where the others went. That is why regardless the qty that was brought in they are still rare. From the 40 how many will reach the 12" mark? presumably a low percentage.[/quote]
I am ready to throw mine in a 75g tank at anytime, and make sure that it gets to the 12" mark. But I did have a worry already, when it developed ick. It was not a bad case, and looked like it was starting to get better then two days ago got worse. I now have it under control and think it might be all clear by tomorrow. NO more Feeders! I need to get this guy on pellets, shrimp, etc. and then its game on.
