ok i heard their a mighty tough and hardy fish. i will run him on a sump and always do weekly water changes. i would like to be able to get a male from jeff so hopefully he will know his fish and have a good estimate.

well of course there's always the good old oscar. all of my oscars have had more personality than all of the rest of my fish combined.
but if you wanna go a different way i would go for a jaguar or another member of the parachromis family(EXCEPT FOR A DOVII). but jags get really pretty and aggressive. they're also very intelegent. keep us updated
