Wetsuit rubber coating

dunno about this product but I'me pretty sure zalvar and bluemax are much cheaper based on the price quoted to coat a 500g tank. Infact most of the producst i've priced are.
 
OK, just to update people on the under water silicone test.

I could not tell any different in bond strength between the samples under water from the ones out of water.
