tis is a private elementary school though right, cuz no way would a public school in the world would have enough funds for tis ^^;;

its a public school...

the teach is supplying the fish... the school is supplying the setup..

I would have probably spent all day looking at the fish instead of attending classes and flunked out LOL

No, it's a public school.
The school and student's parents pay for facilities, the teacher for live animals.
