I mix it up, Omega one Cichlid flakes, Omega one shrimp pellets, Omega one freeze dried bloodworms and Omega one frozen brine shrimp. I feed them once in the afternoon. Someone said it earlier "A hungry cichlid is a happy cichlid"...

Ok, so from what I have read, NLS, Hikari and Omega are the brands that people are using in this forum the most, right? Are these brands really working out good for you all?
