what angelfish are rare?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I'm working on the blue paraiba but if you want to breed for money, nothing sells better than a good black veil.

if we're just talking about Scalare morphs, I think the hardest one to find is a really nice natural Angle Fish, they are becoming harder and harder to find.

If you want some really awsome angels, get a bigger tank, do some homework and get some altums.:headbang2

^ This x 1000. It is a shame

I find a natural looking angelfish ten times cooler than kois, and blushing, veil tails.

Before you worry about getting angels for the tank, a 20g is just too small. If you want a group I'd get at least a 55g.
I was only going to do 1pair in the 20, sell the fry $1 each, its decent money

Then spend some overhead, buy a 55 gal for the breeding pair, put a sponge filter in the 20 gal. Use the 20 gal for the fry.

You have to spend money to make money. :)

X2..

I breed my angel pairs in 20g highs... note its barebottom except for a piece of slate and a plastic plant. I also keep pristine water quality. You wouldn't be able to keep a marble cray with them as it'll will most likely eat eggs/fry. You'll need a separate tank to rear fry after 2 weeks with the parents, that is if the parents arn't egg eaters/fry eaters. If they are you would have to artificially raise them. If you have a desirable color strain and its nickle size or larger you might get $1 each. If you really want to go into breeding angels all I can recommend is research and more research. Look at breeders and see how their facilities are set-up etc. If you have any questions you can pm me.
