I am curious to which aquarium fish can take off a persons finger like clean off not by bacterial infection and amputation but clean off right there in you aquarium or pond. So my idea is some sort of large highly aggressive piranha but that wouldn't take it off. At least I don't think it will. Will it? Well I don't want any fish that are like 14' or like 6' just a fish that can be kept in an Aquarium of less than 10000 gallons and it can take a human finger clean off? My other ideas would be in the cichlid or large aggressive fish families but I can't really think of anything in those ranges that have that jaw force. Okay so what fish can take off a human finger right there on the spot? No fish that has to have an over 10000 gallon aquarium and make a list if there is more than one. Let's See This! 

Sounds like you're into fish for all the right reasons....yeah, like clyde said pacu could take a finger. They get massive.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Puffers. They have nasty dentition.

I wouldnt put it past a Snakehead or a large Wolffish. Their teeth dont seem to really be disigned for tearing, but... well I wouldnt try that theory out...

And of course a big Rhom.
