Puffers can DEFINITELY take a finger off in one bite... Just last year a guy in HK lost his finger wen he got bit by a porcupine puffer...

A big Cichlid would probably rake all the meat off your finger. Doubt it'd be removed though. That's probably what most fish would do, I mean they are probably built more to grip than a tear or crush.

i doubt pike can do that. their teeth are more like railroad spikes. they hold with their recurved front teeth and puncture vitals with their spike shaped rear teeth, then work it around and swallow it. they might penetrate thin bones of prey but definately not 1/2 an inch of solid bone like in a human finger. they'd break bones by thrashing around but that would be more like forced dislocation then a break

dude i've seen a 3 foot pike rip a rabbit in half and bite about half of muscle out my friends arm . ill see if i can get pics. but my friend went to clean his 200. that housed a 3 foot pike (unsure of exact type) but the fish thought he was food and bite about a 2-3 inch chunk of meat off his arm and it went most all the way to the bone. so i would just cause it teeth doesnt really mean anything a very large fish bites the right spot it can easily take a finger.
