Hello, all. Other than Monsterfishkeepers what are some other fish forums you like or are members of? This could also be a forum that is made specifically for Cichlid, Saltwater tanks, Betta fish, etc. I may have a poll up with a few listed sites but those aren't the only ones you can use, you can talk about any site you want.

Reef2reef is a good one. Specifically for saltwater, lots of great knowledge, and incredibly active (you can get responses in seconds sometimes).
Oh wow! That's good to hear, I was thinking of going into saltwater for a specific tank. Thanks!

I used to be active on Reef Central back when I did saltwater. I haven’t been on there for a few years now so I can’t speak to the current quality.
Lots of plumbing and water chemistry research from those days has helped me tremendously on the freshwater side of things as well.

Although I bounce around a bit, MFK will always be my go to and home for fish related things.
I can honestly say there’s no other place on the net right now that has the experience based knowledge that is present here.

I agree, non-biased, MFK is the best fish keeping forum. Lots of knowledge in just about every area, and people don’t tear you apart just for disagreeing or doing something different.

I'm on a number of forums. MFK is still one of the most active. Cichlid-forum has slowed way down. Shelldwellers is crickets chirping. Planetcatfish still puts out great info. WAFishbox because it is local and I actually know members.

It’s shocking how active that forum is.. was mfk ever like that?

Cichlid-forum, theplantedtank, MFK, aquariacentral (sister forum), shelldwellers, and cichlidae.com (subscription required) are the ones I use regularly.

Participation in some forums ebbs and flows from time to time but there is still a lot of great info available on all of them.

Yes, I just got banned from FishLore for creating a thread too close to creating account, and was marked as spam. Hands down the most cooperative management out there right now!

Great list!
