Im so happy! I just reached a goal of mine Ive been attempting to achieve ever since a recent wrist and shoulder injury!

What are your health goals?

It's easily achievable. It's the only thing you can plan for sure.

My trigger finger is stronger than ever!!!

I can't wait to eat like **** and enjoy life before I die.

There's nothing better than doing everything the wrong way and flipping the switch whenever you feel like it.

Keep trying to live forever though, cause you know........it's worth it and everything.

Eat right, Exercise, Die anyway.
