What are your health goals?

i want to get back to my fighting weight. being a stay at home dad by day and working at night isn't conducive to my goal:irked:
 
I've been doing P90x on and off. So weight and such is good, so I can get back into modeling as I;m doin ga lot of make up work now. Keeping myself busy with different projects since I am out of work, but most likely will start working after the 20th. My goal I guess would be to catch up with some bills, get myself a bigger tank set up, get my book project close to publishing as possible :)

I have been living a healthy lifestyle now since March 08. Hadn't touched a weight or eaten anything besides fast food for 4-5 years. Weighed a whopping 141 lbs. I was like a ripped 15 year old. About 15 months later I'm now about 177 lbs and going strong. I guess it's not so much a health goal but I would like to bench press 315 lbs. SOmething about seeing 3 45 pound plates on each side. Currently repping 235 so I am probably 6-12 months away depending on how training goes.:)
 
To get my doctor off of my case! He says I need to eat more salad type stuff so asked him if "doubling up the veggies on my double bacon cheesburgers counted" he didn't find it funny. I mean isn't salad what food is supposed to eat?:)
