Which of the smaller upper jaws would do best in a 125. I plan for the tank to only have 4-6 fish so I am looking for one with a good personality that doesn't hide all of the time.

senegalus by far the easiest to find and care for. mines always out and engaging with people who look in. second to that is my gold dust bichir.
Senegal, palmas palmas, delhezi, moke, polli, golddust, this can only grow 8”-12”.
I know the species was more just wondering which ones you guys had good experiences with.
Senegalus and p polli are the most active of what’s mentioned by Kurt. If that makes a difference.
I had good experiance with most of them, just the moke and palmas i never had own but some people had have them. Del, sen and polli are really active, golddust like tk hide when small but when it grows up its out in the open.
Aggree with ron, for del is a hit or miss on activity but 80% of the time they are active.
