what can live with arros??

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Rays are a nice addition to go with the aro, but again with both your going to want to do a major up grade from 75 gallons. Rays need a much wider tank. if your going to go with a motoro ray, which I believe to be one of the smallest fw rays, its going to have to have to be atleast 30" wide and with the aro your going to have to be 6' long. And rays need crystal clear water paramiters. Rays are not big on big water condition shifts so just have to becareful of that. Personally I think rays should be bigger then they are in this hobby just know what your getting into before you get one!

dude i would not recomend any fish with it until you get a larger tank, as they grow like weeds and need all the room they can get. But if you want some fish with it for a while i would recomend severums or silver dollars.
I have a 120g with:
12" arow,
2- 7" sevs and a 4" sev
also a 12" pimpilodus blochii and
a 6" perruno catfish
oh and a new addition a 8" red albino oscar.
My tank is a little full but i have added 2 more external filters to cope with the waste until i sell atlest 2 of mmy fish.

heh imho dont put the oscar with the arow... i just added a arow to my tank and my oscar was going at it like he wasent fed in a month.. made my arrow almost jump out of the tank

I am trying some Phenochilus placidochromis Tanzania with my Aro and others. These are very large peaceful Africans with great blue color.
