What could these whitish pimples be?

I was suggested a Pond medicine, by Sera ( forgot the name ) against parasites ( lice and anchor worms. Will try it before taking that fish out of the tank..
just have to turn off the uv and take the carbon out.....

I got to agree with rocky on this. Look like the intial stage of anchor worm. If you have tried salt treatment and it's not improving, you may wanna adopt medication for external parasite.
But if you need a med. I would recommend MARDEL Coppersafe. I have used this product before and work pretty well.

For sure not anchor worm.....anchor worm attaches to the fish in between scales.....
these look like little cotton balls right on the scales......
In my case they never get any bigger then the second and third pic...and they were located exactly same place as in those pics.....LOL

If you see the pictures posted by Miguel, you can see the small little 'tails' coming out from the pimple...these are the tails of the anchor worm at the initial stage...just wait a while longer you will see the full worm attached.
I'm not gonna argue if it's anchor worm or not......few years back when I had some anchor worm introduced into one of my tanks from some feeders.....the initial stage was just a small worm attached to the edge of the fish scale, and eventually gets under the scale, and the area gets red.....as the worm grows......
In this case, yes I see the little tip that looks like a worm, and what looks like a cotton ball....this is exactly the same as I had.....exactly in the same area of the fish (tailfin, and tail stub)....the cotton ball does not get any bigger, nor does the worm like thing.....it just spreads around more.....and eventually you'll end up with a bunch.....I had a bit more....as I only caught it much later, as I don't use the light on the aquarium much....
I treated with salt....to no avail.....the aquarium was a 150 gallon....I did 4 treatments with clout, 25 capsules at at time....again to no avail......
Only with the previous mention of treatment did it go away, after 2 bottles, and two treatments....

it is exactly the same...the pimples do not develop ( at least untill now ) to something different...The Aro is acting normally...
As said I bought a pond medication from SERA ( for anchor worms and lice ) but will refrain from using it for a couple more days....
