Im sure we've all had some bad habits, or unhealthy habits, has fish helped break that? I had always had fish tanks growing up but it wasn't until recently I got back into it, a few months ago. Before getting into it I spent hours a night playing Xbox... I'm 21 and work full time, but I'd come home and play COD for 3-4 hours easily. I have turned my Xbox on 3 times since February. I find myself reading more about fish, looking at my tank, and in my spare time I run more now a days too. Anyone else have aquariums help get you off your bad habits?
