What did this hobby save you from?

Drugs and vary hard brake ups. its led me to a career that ill be able to wake up happy everyday! when Im with my fish I dont think about my ex at all and unlike her, fish wont take advantage or F*** me over! Thank god for MFK, Im in for life!
 
One of my best friends passed away and that started it all. Started with a 20 gallon tank and that didn't last long 4 or 5 years later I'm at a 180 a 55 and and empty 20 gallon. luckily my fiancé loves my fish and is helping me get my dream tank 8 x 3 x 2 and also help stocking it with pbass and her catfish def a lucky guy

I hardly watch tv anymore and I think I am just happier in general. My husband plays wow and everquest. Now I have fish and do not get as annoyed with him. Love my tanks.

My fiancé wasn't too pleased when I started but she supported me. She's growing into it and often watches the tank with me lol.

hanging around bad crowds making wrong decision>>dodged some jail time... had tanks all my life with my dad took a long break during my school years got in2 trouble with the wrong type of ppl... met my girlfriend after school got my current job bought a 100gal best decision i did for myself since i been on my own
 
The hobby helped myself struggle with booze but over came the beer guzzling. Also used to play ps3 forever but only use it for movies before bed. Furthermore, it totally helped my anger problems and my stress. I owe a special thanx to my Red Devil lol

Hobby helped me stay away from depression after encountering some serious health problems last year at 17...Love the hobby now and cannot wait to expand my knowledge through everyone in this community!
