He is. He plugged in a lamp and I heard "HOLY SH*T. WHAT THE F*CK". And then silence. I ran down, and to my surprise, turned off the power. Later that day, I got shocked, but like, 10 volts. My dad is fine. We are complaining to our electric people lol.
