What do u Feed Your Ps

i feed mine bloodworm, beef heart, brine shrimp and squid, i'm trying to get some white bait too. i usually feed them a different one each time.

Shrimp, tilapia, alittle slice of my steak once a month...a quarintined feeder(how ever u spell that), for the excercise..lol..once a month..thats about it[/QUOTE for excerise instead of adding a feeder, witch no matter quarintened or not they still are nasty and have growth inhebators plus carry other parcites..(ich) get a powerhead! and instead of fedding steak to yo P's why not go and get the froxen ''beef heart'' they sell fo tropical fish, the fat is trimed off, and its in lil cubes , all u do is pop a couple in a cup of water, then 10 mins later throw em in yo tank, just better ways iv learned, but do what u do, just my 2 cents from me to u..

got a power head and I do feed them beefheart, but there diet is usually tilapia and shrimp...and if I'm chowing on some steak thats what I mean, like once a month I drop a little slice before I cook mine..I don't need ur 2 cents....lol...but yeah feeders are bad to feed ur P's especially cichlids they seem to be weaker

WOW, i didnt know there were many things you could feed RBP. I just fed them Hai Feng pellets and some feeders here and there.

My Ps usually just get the mix I make them, fed once or twice a day.

The mix includes:
green peas, shrimp, crab, cod, garlic, fish flakes, beefheart and anything else I might have in the fridge at the time I'm making it
