What do you do if you cant sleep

I dont want taking meds. They make me feel crappy in the morning. Thanks for the advice though.

got a very-lonely/miserable tinfoil barb in my 200g, poor bastard has gotten the swim drive beaten out of him by some forceful african haps who hated his disruptive activity.

i take asprin also.
4-6 of them knock me out with in half hour IF IM LAYING DOWN

then wake up the wife

then i go and feed and watch my fishies

then i logon here and read posts by THE TRUST to put me to sleep

Try some Unisom sleep gels....... i used to have insomnia........ overactive mind or sumthing like that....... the only problem with sleeping aids..... is that they can become habit forming........ one other remedy....... is to jump out of bed and walk around every time you find yourself toss n turning....... after 3-4 times your going to force yourself to sleep so you don't have to leave the comfort of your bed

talk to the g/f, listen to music ona low volume, or my favorite


1 scoop vanilla ice cream (breyers) 2 cups shoprite brand orange soda


you make a float drink some then sniff the bubbles and im asleep 5 mins later if that, most of the time its not done...
