They will charge hundreds if not thousands for their primary "service" then charge hundreds more for an "emergency rate" (duh its an emergency), then hundreds for a dispatch fee, then more for night rates, then more for weekends, and so on and so forth.
Once you see all the BS charges providers charge you will understand why health insurance is so expensive! Like during flu seasons, we will get billed, I kid you not $50 for a band-aid, alchohol wipe, and syringe!
