I do eat turkey and lean ham and roast beef ... but stay away from liverwurst and salami and other ones that have alot of fat. love cheese but i do 2%...also eat veggie burgers on a half sandwich.. with soup for lunch and chicken stir fry on roll .. give me some other idea.. i will scratch the mayo from now on..one of my harder things to give up ..but i like mustard.
I stopped drinkin soda for 2 months and lost 11 lbs atleast. without even changing how i ate...then i ate healthier and have lost 33 lbs... im 21 years old.. went from 6'2ish at 233lbs down to 200. last week 195.
SODA IS THE DEVIL, not one good ingredient, you cant find in sumthing better for you.
I only eat turkey, or roast beef, LEAN as i can get em... I dont put cheeze on any sandwiches... Id rather taste tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and banana peppers...
Salad is my favorite food, and i have ATLEAST 1 a day, no lie! Ive always like salad since i was a young grasshopper. (Balsamic or Greek dressing)(both unhealthy)
Liverwurst WTF is that, i wouldnt anything named that, salami is gross... I havent had an italian sub in 10 years...
Never ever drink whole milk, i only have garelick 1% or Skim. I cant taste the difference, Whole is just too thick.
And yes give up mayo and chips with your sandwich, try to snack on some fruit on the side or a salad... and stay away from MAYO, its not good once you stay away for awhile. i dont think i could even eat it anymore... not even on a BLT...
And yes i still eat bacon...$$$hit is bomb!
I dont eat fish, or any seafood, i puke.
Now i just have to work on the munchies...
