What do you do when you hate your neighbors

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Oh I meant CANT afford another move. But maybe in a year or so we can. Tbh if I could afford it we would be going.

They found some place in FLA that has a great school district and is geared towards younger families

Florida will most likely be my next move in a few years.

I'm looking at jobs in mobile now. I would love to move around fairhope or Foley.

I would love to move to Florida but I can't really find an area I truly like with jobs in my field.

Be careful, according to experts, it will be under water in a few years.
Hello; While there are some issues already the state will not be under for a while. The more immediate things I would be concerned about are the drinking water supply and the possible septic system issues.
As can be imagined the sea water will move into the ground water long before it floods an area. From time to time the rainfall is less than normal. Some years ago it got so dry that parts of the glades dried out and some burned. The value of gators was apparent as they will dig out fairly deep pools. If the fresh water flow gets too low then the salt water will move in. Note- these comments are based on information I had some years ago so conditions may have changed for the better or maybe for the worse.

When I lived near Wilmington NC back in 1998-1999 there were areas being considered for restrictions due to septic problems. Not sure how bad it got as I went back to KY and lost touch.

The area that she's looking in is in northern FLA. We are no where near ready to do this but I can agree that DE is probably not our "forever" spot.

No common core in the school district she's looking at which is a bonus

Tanks? Pffft who needs those

of coarse there is always this one.
