What do you feed your mbuna

Just curious as to what you guys feed your mbunas. Currently I am feeding a veggie flake, new life spectrum pellet, and formula two frozen algae cubes.

My mbuna's are on:

Ken's Premium Vegetable Flakes, HBH 8 Veggie Graze Flakes, NLS Cichlid Formula pellets, and most of the fry born in the tank. I also provide Marineland's Bio-Blend Herbivore pellets for my syno's but the mbuna intercept some of these.
