What do you guys feed your cichlids??

Hey guys! Lately I have been wondering if I am giving the diet my festae deserve. I feed my Festae Hikari Cichlid Gold Floating and Sinking pellets, Bloodworms, and occasionally beefheart or earthworms. So now I want to see what you guys feed your fish, feel free to give me suggestions!

I feed mine cichlid gold,cichlid staple, brine shrimp,NLS, crickets on occasion, and some plant material.

I feed ken's premium sinking pellet food as a staple and also nls. I also feed bloodworms and repashy meat pie to my frontosa. With my rock dwellers, I feed nls and mysis/spirulina shrimp.

+1 for NLS. If you're sticking with Hikari, I'd mix some cichlid excel into their diet once a week or so to give them some veges.
