In terms of personality how do fw puffer compare to sw ones like dogface, which are full of personality

I've never kept saltwater puffers, but personality wise i'm sure they would be quite similar, especially in the larger species...

Koi - hands down the most personable, hand tame fish I have owned (probably because they are bottomless pits).
Oscars - Very personable and interactive fish
Severums - Mine are very close to my Oscars personality, and always are the first to greet me in their tank.
Puffers - Basically "Water Dogs"
Fire Eels - My friend has a 30 inch one that hand feeds and is one of the friendliest and smart fish I have had the pleasure to meet!
