What do you think? A. stalsbergi or A. rivulatus?

I'd just call em silver saum, if they have white fins w/ the characteristics of rivulatus isn't that what classifies a silver/white Saum? I have a stals from Rapps and these for sure are looking different

People know what your referring to when you say Saum. For a common reference I would have to agree with Buffalo. Either Silver or White Saum...I call my a. Rivulatus Gold Saum all of the time.

... but they are A. rivulatus and NOT silver rivulatus.

I think we all agree on A. rivulatus, but trying to figure out what Alf meant but this though.

If I remember right, Europeans never called the white seamed version of A. rivulatus 'silversaum' they way we do here, that was reserved for A. stalsbergi. I think this could be what he means, but am not 100% sure.

So, this thread made me really start looking hard at my "green terrors" as well. I know mine are gold saum due to the orange edging on the fins. What I want to make sure of is that it is a rivulatus. From what I understand, there are two rivulatus'. One with orange edging on the fins and one with silver edging. Is this correct?

Both are rivulatus, just different color morphs. Thats where the whole gold saum silver saum thing comes into play. As far as i gather. Stalsbergi would be true green terror or just green terror
