What do you think are the most useless options on a car?

Speedometer,I need to watch the road,dont have time to look at it.
Rear view mirror,Ive been there already why do I need to see it again?
Spare tire,lot more room in the trunk without it.
Door locks. I drive only convertibles,Why lock a car that can be broken into with a razor blade?

That was the air freshener on the original beetle. Now it is just for nostaligc pourposes.

Obviously its the turn signals and the ash tray. I can't remember the last time I saw anyone use either one.

from a sales person, its good to know what matters to people. "why would you want keyless entry on a miata? heres a boxcutter, it isnt a key and you can use it to enter the car"

I think the term "useless" depends on what you are doing with the car.

Seat warmers in the South - waste of time. Seat warmers in the Northern states - best idea ever. Cruise control on a car driven in stop and go 99% of the time - waste of time. Cruise control on a car used for long road trips - best idea ever.

This is why I have different vehicles for different types of driving.

now before you say "its hot where i live"

1)shut up
2)rapes your gas mileage and your cars power
3)always ends up breaking and cost sometimes alot of money
4)your car has atleast two windows that roll down...
5)the whole A/C system weights alot (this effects smaller cars more)

i HATE A/C in cars it crowds the engine bay and i rip it out of every car i own...
