What do you think is fair?

Well the day has passed, the wonderful clown knife known to me for 2 years as Lurk has gone to a better place....um tank. He's with a friend so I have visitation rights which is nice. He was exchanged with a set up 10gal for a really nice ornate who's 6" and has very vibrant markings, big spots and he's got more of a vibrant yellow than any I've seen. Also a 10" fire eel.
So the gap in the tank is filled but I can't help but feel inadequate for parting with a fish I could no longer support, but it could have been much worse. We had a heck of a time moving him as he can REALLY jump, he got to lay in my bed for a bit so I'm currently doing laundry. I'll post some pics in the polypterus forum of the new additions on the asap. Thanks again for the input, ideas and support.

good to know that you can still visit your old ck, have fun with the new fish.(pics)

thats awhile down the road, by then I'll have a new tank, just for the next 6 mths while I'm in school I can't work very much, there's no way I could afford a new tank while working part time. But I've already got a supplier and a tank picked out when I've got the cash and a buyer for my tank
