The main reason for the varied replies is because its a picture. If I was there in person with my test kit I could tell you the actual nitrate reading (well as acurate as the kit actually is)I'd interpret it as 'somewhere' way over 100. No matter what, I'd be running hoses everywhere.
IMO, all these colored test methods are waay too risky, being completely reader-subjective! It's absurd.
Why can't someone invent + market affordable digital water testers for the most dangerous: ammonia, nitrites, nitrates...
Someone could become very wealthy off the patent.
Less than 18 replies, and PPL see everywhere from possibly 40 to 160= very frustrating test.
