what fish is the hardest to take a good pic

I had 2 madtom catfish for a long time and I never once was able to get a picture of them. They are small, fast, and only come out when the lights are off.
My horny male guppies. They do nothing but pursue the mollies. Out of 100 pics, this was the only one that even looked like a guppy.
Also, my camera hog Oscar and sunfish usually come out like this:

My Dario dario are hard to get pictures of. They're tiny and constantly quarreling with each other. The dominant one never stays in one stop long enough to focus on.
Exodons are almost impossible to photograph!
