What fish should I get for Christmas??

guys, this is a thread for fish choices... not a thread for tank sizes etc...
I said I will have a 300 gallon and then followed by a pond. So I will. No worries. So, what if my tank is overstocked. There are way more other MFK members whose tanks are overstocked... so I plan on upgrading so it really doesn't matter if my tank is overstocked. I do every other day waterchanges, and I have great filteration in my tank. Anyways I am leaning towards pbass. I may get an endli endli. Aj, why are you suggesting that I do not add loaches or another bichir?

I'm suggesting you not add any more fish of any species. But they are the coolest fish out of the bunch, and you shouldn't subject them to that...LOL, jk.

You asked what fish you should add, and we said none. That tank size discussion is merely us explaining our decision that you should not add anymore fish...which you shouldn't. Sorry to say it so flatly, but that is the bottom line. You are already severely overstocked...maybe not now, but you will be soon...and aggression is an issue that, if you are not already seeing, you will soon. You need to either get this alleged pond going very very soon, or get rid of the Pacu, Giant Gourami, Clown Knifefish, and Fire Eel, as they are your main offenders for overstocking in the future.

The fire eel, giant gourami, and clown knife will do fine in a 150!

there would be people that would be willing to send you money to stop adding fish and messing with your tank

there was this person on another forum that told me if i stoped messing with my sw tank he would send me 100$ no joke

i left it alone my tank got better and i got 100$ for corals

Fire Eels can reach nearly 36". here's a small one...just ignore Mr Hellias's chest...he's one of the world's greatest fishermen.

Aj I know the sizes of how big they get....... thats why I have a 300 and a pond coming.
