None of my anoles (or any lizards) have ever touched dead food. Not to say yours wouldn’t, but it’s probably unlikely.
You can also get some weird fruit and meat sludge to feed geckos/anoles. I’ve seen it in one of Taylor Nicole Dean’s Feeding all my animals vids
This should not be used as a staple for insectivorous reptiles, green anoles are insectivorous, and even reptiles fed on that sludge still need to be supplemented with crickets for protein.
