What is a 32 Inch 2 yr old fire eel worth?

I have a 32 inch fire eel that eats shrimp and tilapia, he got big fast, just a little over two years old and about as big around as my arm... Whats it worth? It has alot of red and is really defined not faded like alot you see out there... I don't know where the battery to my camera is I would just post a pic. but I can't.

I've seen 12 inchers sell for that and more. Not sure how much a 32 incher would go for, but I'm pretty sure it'd be considerably more than $100.

Thats funny!!! I asked an owner that has one at a shop and he quoted me 800. I'm Guessing it should be around 300 ish...

It's only worth what you can find a buyer to pay. I tried to sell my Tire tarck eel(31") a while back for $100. Could not find any interest locally, did have an offer to buy from a member in New Jersey but I didn't think it to be a good idea to ship a fish that big.

it's often relative to the local market. fire eels are rare in wichita. i had to drive to kansas city (3 hrs) to find a 12-inch fire eel. he cost me $70. i bought my 12-inch tire track in wichita for $50. it's often about supply and demand.
