What is a "China Ray"?

I have seen a few pictures of this but I have NEVER heard anything about it. All that is evident is that it's big and yellow. I'd imagine that it would be like a Ceja ray, but there's hardly any information about that either.
Anyone know about this ray?

This begs another question; why are the "small eyed rays" almost never available?

The most sought after???? Really???? I would think that would be black rays and Flowers/Tigers. They look like big pancakes I think Cejas are much prettier.
