What is a good fish treat?

I have Mozambigue Tilapia Cichlids. I have a good base food for them and they eat it like crazy and are doing good.
I want to get a good treat the the fish will love.
What are some suggestions?
I may buy several treats. Gotta make my fish happy!

A bit odd I'm sure, but I used to farm and dig worms on my land at my old place. Fish went nuts for them.

I'm with a couple of the others on the earthworms. My big fish just eat the things whole and my smaller fish get them chopped. All my fish go crackers for them and the best thing about them is they are easy to get from my worm heap, which I feed with grass cuttings and household scraps etc, and they are free!

I just started a worm bin, well kinda. I bought worms to go fishing a wee ago but did not use them all.
I put them in a bucket with leaves and I put just a little food scraps in there. It is a week later and they are alive at least.
Not sure exactly what I need to do...
Google I guess... ?
