Its a member of the Catostomidae (sucker) family. I would say white sucker Catostomus commersonii.

Definitely a white sucker. All the suckers have that distinctive mouth. Unlike carp they do not have barbels at the corners of the mouth. See how the scales are small and crowded near the head? That distinguishes the white sucker from all other northeastern suckers (except maybe the longnose sucker, Catostomus catostomus, which has a different profile and only occurs in the far north).
