The cardiostigma seems to have very little to no spangling. Yours has quite a bit more. In addition, your fish has a fairly well defined, ocellated humeral spot, a trait of anthurus. The cardiostigma does not appear to possess this. All of this assumes that the picture labeled as cardiostigma is in fact, cardiostigma
