Oh definitely the tinfoil barb. Maybe hornet tilapia.

I like the tinfoils, a tight school could pretend to be a huge fish. Well, I have never seen a school that big of them, so I dunno.

Seriously though when i read the title i thought to myself "could you ask a broader question?!?" That being said...I'd have to go with puffers or aripaima.
 
These kind of threads are just as useful as the ones asking what the most aggressive fish is....
