What is the consensus with Southern Delight Fish food?

NLS is not perfect but is 20x better than all these other attention seeking food retailers. NLS or New Era or Omega never had to sponsor some youtube kid who keeps making the same dovii/umbee videos everyday to advertise their food for them. There is nothing wrong with trying new food but just looking at the ingredients is a good way to start the selection.
