what is the first fish uve bought ?

My first fish was a goldfish when I was about 4 or 5... it grew to 7" in a 30 gal aquarium in under a year and then I decided to give him to my aunt who had a huge koi pond because he would be happier in there. He grew to 10" then when she moved he was given away to another person with a pond and I believe is still in there somewhere...

He was dubbed Goldy the Travelling Goldfish

I just got my first fish yesterday for my 5 1/2 gal fish tank with bubble filter and heater he is a catfish and i named him freddy he is some kinda catfish from south america i think the pet store said red catfish or something like that he eats everything even his own poop and the lfs said he could livemin the 5 1/2 gallon for life but hes growing real fast???

my first fish(s) were a bunch of poor feeder goldfish which I put them in a small fish bowl. sad. That was when I was 4 or 5 years old.
