that is just absurd, though. you can't keep any more than one fish that is under 2" in a 5G nano, and even then you have to test daily.

my lfs do their best to accomodate the fish. however, they always adopt pacu from people that house them in small tanks. they keep the pacus all in a 125 i think, but sometimes in a 220. there are abotu 6 of them, all about a foot long. cant blame them though, what they're in now is better than where they came from, and they get massive waterchanges all the time. it's like a pacu foster home.

it is not photoshopped at all. there are more than one pic of the tank. from different angles and everything. and he also has a larger tank that is overstocked with them but not as badly.
