Breeding quality Red Texas would be great...get a nice deep red texas...or
some other fish to intensify the pearling

There are no guarentees what you will get when creating hybrids....

If he were mine, I would personally choose to breed him with a fh
hard telling what they would look like

Try a JD. Possible? I doubt it, but its worth a shot.

that is not a red texas that is a golden flowerhorn. sorry to say buddy but you paid a little bit high on the price. price range should be $25-35 bucks the most on that size. you live far but if you were here in cali there is a store in O.C. that sells golden flowerhorn very cheap and various sizes.

If I remember correctly the red texas is a hybrid and often refered to as a flowerhorn

if it was crossed with a tex.. most likley it would have the pearls... almost all tex hybrids have the pearls... Not a RT nice Golden FH tho
