I would say its a baby golden orfe they dont get the orange colour till they are bigger but im not sure, doesnt look like a tropical fish so it may be a bit warm for it in your tank.

I inspected the mouth It doesn't have a shiner mouth. More like the tinfoil barbs mouth.

hmm i agree with orfe-though im no I.D. pro. alot of sellers use generic terms like "rainbow" there are quite a few fish sold as rainbows
