WHAT IS THIS FISH???

I have a problem, and it's this ugly guy/girl. I think it's a mutt because I can't find a species that looks like it. I bought it when it was maybe an inch long from Petsmart for a few dollars, and it's completely taken over my tank. It's killed a 6" pictus catfish, bullys my Pleco, and has killed all but one of my other cichlids, a Jack Dempsey. However, I fear that he/she will eventually kill my jack. This fish is growing rapidly and terrorizes everything around it. Not to mention I can't have anything nice (decorations, live plants, etc) because the little demon uproots, rearranges everything.

Please, someone tell me what this fish is so I can put him on Craigslist...

No, he's not "ugly", but he makes me cranky. I'm sick of having to replant my tank every time I get off work.

I had no idea what kind of his he was. I'm not really into fish species, I just have an aquarium because I like to watch them swim.

Is it a male or female? How can I tell? I find the fish has a similar attitude as my wife; piss me off when I get home from work, my extra work, bully my friends, and expensive to maintain. So female?
