What is this on my plant

Hard to say exactly how gentle. What I do is hold the leaf of the main plant and give the baby a big tug (not hard enough to break anything) and it easily comes off.

Ok imma try it out ? feel like I’m gonna mess up somehow lol. Is there a certain size the plantlet needs to be before I can pick off the leaf? I’ve noticed a couple tiny ones that look like a fuzz ball but after looking closer they are tiny roots

Ok I got a couple off and accidentally tore the main leaf a tiny bit and one one of them I pulled it off and there was still another stringy root attached to the leaf. Did I do this right? image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

Thank you. I picked I think 5 total and found a bunch of new growing ones so I’m not worried about if I did it wrong. I put the biggest ones in the shrimp tank, the good looking but smaller ones in the 40g and I put 2 that I think I messed up of in the 29g that’s currently empty and been cycling for a couple days now
