I get my dry fertilizers from these 3 online stores

http://greenleafaquariums.com/aquarium-fertilizer.html

Really the only difference between them are the prices, I tend to bounce around the 3 sites to find the cheaper price for whatever fertilizer I'm seeking. As for T8 bulbs I always went to my local HomeDepot for them because you can get double packs of 6500k bulbs for like $8. I would suggest maybe a couple DIY co2 setups would work, but the bad thing about DIY co2 is having to make a new batch of it every month which was the main reason I prefer to go with a co2 injection system.
