Looks pretty far gone, I'd try the Epsom salt bath; if that fails I'd be prepared for the worst.

If it broken spine, which is unlikely; that can happen if the fish swims straight into the glass or other object most commonly.

think as a last resort I go to a full spectrum treatment, polyguard my first choice with a MB dip.

if going to euthanize, clove bath, and after fish sleepy time a few Alka seltzer.
