I forgot to mention the glass tops. Since we have real hard water here, like once a month I clean em with vinegar. I soak paper towels and stick them on for an hour while I clean the tanks. Then I scrub and rinse and towel dry them fast.

lol not disagreeing with you. I just don't think the apartment I'm renting would be ideal for a drip system, nor do I know enough about it. Not to mention I'd have to drain it out a window, and run lines from a faucet that is nowhere near my bedroom where the tanks are. It's just not practical ATM... besides, I enjoy the w/c and gravel vacs to be honestyou have free water and your not running a r/o with a automatic 24/7 drip system so you dont have to do wc at all? this is madness! lol..
