What is your favorite cichlid?

My oscars are my favorites. They don't seem fazed by any activity I am undertaking.

I am really attached to my Red Severum right now. Beautiful fish and he's only 3.5 inches so i can't wait till he reaches his adult size.

my favorite is my blackbelt,just enough attitude and looks to go along with it.

that a very fine blackbelt! best ive seen on here so far!

my favourite cichlid at the moment has undoubtley has to be the vieja argentea. pure white contrasted by a unmistakable black face mask. very unique amongst the cichlid world and you cant mistake them for anything else.

I've got to say its jags for me too, adults just have this mean look about them and some have amazing patterns. There is of course that personality too.
